Sky Sports’ Jeff Reinebold Predicts Top 10 Picks in 2022 NFL Draft; Watch the draft live on Sky Sports NFL as Jeff and Neil Reynolds prepare for the first round live from Las Vegas at 9:00 pm on Thursday night – the first picks are expected to be made just after 1:00 am.
The 2022 NFL Draft has been called one of the toughest to predict in recent years, but that won’t stop regular Sky Sports coach Jeff Reinebold from trying it out.
This is how he sees the first 10 spades coming off the board on Thursday night…
I think when all is said and done, Aiden Hutchinson will be the first overall.
I believe there is some truth to the fact that Jaguars General Manager Trent Baalke is in love with Travon Walker – a great athlete with great potential – but he is still a long way from becoming a great footballer.
Walker pulled off a bizarre 40-yard dash in the combine that made everyone go “wow!”, but if you have to run from the D-line that fast, it usually means you’re in trouble and chasing a runner. .
I just feel that when comparing the two perspectives, Hutchinson’s production stands out. If the Jags don’t pick him, I think it would be a huge mistake.
I think the Lions will think of Walker, but really the next most productive player in the market is Kaiwon Thibodeau – just all the questions around him and how much he loves football.
I tend to think that all these things are overrated. But the question is, does he look like head coach Dan Campbell? Because Leos don’t want guys with dubious commitment.
Not that I think they will choose Thibodeau, but I think they should.
