Rogers described his lack of influence over staffing decisions at Green Bay as a particular disappointment, suggesting that they didn’t always surround him with enough talent for the team’s success.

The 49er’s defense dominated Rogers in the first leg, keeping him just 104 yards away with 33 passing attempts in a 37-8 shot in week 12 of the 2019 regular season.
