There are fears that running back Tennessee Titans Derrick Henry will miss the rest of the season with a leg injury during Sunday’s 34-31 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Henry was spotted limping on the sideline without a pimple early on and was treated as well, but returned to the game before finishing with 28 carries for 68 yards.
The 2020 best striker has led the NFL in fastest yards in each of the past two seasons, becoming the eighth player in NFL history to break 2,000 yards in one season last year and is currently the leader in running. a court with 937 yards and 10 touchdowns after eight games, with Jonathan Taylor of Indianapolis his closest opponent at 649 yards.
Henry’s importance to the Titans’ offensive rivals, as well as the league’s top defenders for their teams, was his role under Mike Vrabel.
Henry had 219 of Tennessee’s 230 attempts this season. Jeremy McNichols sits behind him with 23 carries for 165 yards and three touchdowns, although the 2017 fifth round pick was mostly used as a return pass with 21 catches 203 yards and scores.
