Ender Arslan, one of the valuable names of Turkish basketball, ended his active basketball career at the age of 38 with Frutti Extra Bursaspor jersey.
Ender Arslan, who played the last game of his career in the fight between Frutti Extra Bursaspor and OGM Ormanspor in the Basketball Super League in the last week of the season, said goodbye to his active basketball career. The 10 numbered jersey of the experienced player, who has served Turkish basketball for many years and has achieved many successes under the national form, was hung at the Barış Sports Hall, where the Bursa team performed their training. Before the match, on behalf of the Bursa club, President Sezer Sezgin gave a plaque to the team captain Arslan, and thanked him for his services up to now. The signed jersey of the team was also given as a gift by General Manager Nedim Yücel. Ender Arslan, who had emotional moments, and the technical delegation could not control his tears. Ender Arslan, who started basketball at the age of 9 in the infrastructure of Anadolu Efes, and rose to the A Team at the age of 17, took the breath in Europe. Arslan, who wore Union Olimpija, Tau Ceremica and Panianios jerseys, later returned to Anadolu Efes. Arslan, who also won the championship five times by acting as the team captain, continued on his way in Galatasaray as of 2011. The successful playmaker, who contributed greatly to the league championship of Galatasaray in 2013, played in Darüşşafaka Doğuş and Türk Telekom after 4 years there. At the same time, Ender Arslan, who got his name among the unforgettable players of the national jersey, experienced the joy of being second in the world in 2010 with the Moon-Stars.
Arslan, who came to his last stop, Frutti Extra Bursaspor as of the 2019-20 season, ended his active basketball career on April 24, 2021 with the OGM Ormanspor match.
