According to the news in Israel Hayom, star basketball player Scottie Wilbekin, who plays for Maccabi in Israel and has Turkish citizenship, wants to add to his staff.
Maccabi’s decision unclear
It was stated that Maccabi has not yet decided on Wilbekin, who has a contract for another year, while it is claimed that Fenerbahce is ready to pay a few hundred thousand Euros to the Israeli team for the basketball player.
The successful guard, who previously wore the Darüşşafak jersey in our country, also played in the National Team after getting a Turkish passport.
Wilbekin, who played 34 games with Maccabi in the EuroLeague last season, averaged 15.4 points, 4.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds.
