Former Turkish Basketball Federation President Harun Erdenay announced that he is a candidate for the presidency at the ordinary general assembly.
Erdenay’s statement is as follows;
“I respectfully announce my candidacy for the service of Turkish Basketball!
I would like to inform the public that I am a candidate for the presidency at the Ordinary Election General Assembly of the Turkish Basketball Federation that will be held in the coming days.
As a member of a family that has served two generations of Turkish National Basketball Team uniforms with honor and has experienced this sport on the field and in the field of management, I am ready for this honorable task to implement my philosophy and projects that I believe will add value to Turkish basketball.
I believe that sportive successes should gain continuity in Turkish basketball.
Me and my friends who come from the heart of basketball and professionalism; we are embarking on a path where we will serve Turkish basketball with a successful teamwork, creating excitement, exemplary, inspiring, transparent and fair management style.
I present my goals and roadmap to the information of all esteemed members of the press and the public, which I will share in a press conference I will hold in the coming days.”
