Head coach Luke Walton has been sacked from the Sacramento Kings, one of the NBA teams. According to the club’s statement, Walton has been replaced by his assistant Alvin Gentry on a temporary basis.
Walton, 41, who previously coached the Los Angeles Lakers (2016-2019), has had 68 wins and 93 losses in the Kings, which he has coached since the start of the 2019-20 season.
The Kings are in the 12th place of the Western Conference with 6 wins and 11 losses.
