Osasuna defeated Huesca in his first preseason game. Sendos both of Nacho Vidal and Chimy Ávila they came back, in the second half, Escriche’s goal in the first minutes of the match. After the defeat suffered by Real Sociedad, 6-1, Nacho Ambriz’s team suffered their second defeat of their preparation.
Huesca took the lead in the 7th minute thanks to a bit from Escriche after an action on the left wing of Galán, first, and Marc Mateu later. The diagonal pass behind was controlled by the forward who scored with some luck as his shot hit Oier, making a perfect parable that ended up in the Navarrese net. Arrasate changed his eleven players and the team that jumped in the second half turned the crash.
Nacho Vidal celebrated his renewal until 2025 with both of the tie arriving from behind to a center of Rubén García. Chimy Ávila took advantage of a lack of forcefulness from the defense and goalkeeper Andrés Fernández, victims of pressure from Kike García, to, without the goalkeeper, achieve the winning goal.
Osasuna disputes this Saturday his second friendly. It will be against Burgos at the Tajonar facilities.
