In addition to Karşıyaka, the finals will include Hapoel Unet-Credit Holon from Israel, Hereda San Pablo Burgos, Lenovo Tenerife and Casademont Zaragoza from Spain, Nizhny Novgorod from Russia, ERA Nymburk from Czechia and SIG Strasbourg from France. The draw will be held on Friday, April 16.
Karşıyaka, who finished the Play-Off Tour Group I in the league in second place, will be matched with one of the leaders Hapoel Holon, Lenovo Tenerife, Nizhny Novgorod or ERA Nymburk in the quarterfinals. Quarter finals will be played on 5-6 May. The semi-finals will be held on 7 May, the third place and the final on 9 May. While Karşıyaka also aspired to host the 8th Final to be held in a single city in the organization, it was learned that FIBA was more keen to choose one of the countries where the fans can be admitted to the halls, albeit partially, in the coronavirus pandemic.
