Spanish team San Pablo Burgos defeated French representative Strasbourg 81-70 in the semi-finals of the FIBA Champions League final organization and became the rival of Pınar Karşıyaka in the final.
In the semifinals of the FIBA Champions League 8-final organization, Spanish team San Pablo Burgos managed to defeat the French representative Strasbourg. Strasbourg closed the first quarter of the match, ahead 25-15. Drawing a better image on offense in the 2nd period, Burgos melted the difference, but Strasbourg completed the first half ahead 43-37.
Dominating the game in the 3rd period, Burgos was leading 63-57 in the final period. The Spanish team, which did not allow its opponent to approach him in the last period, widened the gap even more and won the fight 81-70 and got his name written in the finals.
