In the Basketball FIBA Under-18 Girls European Challengers Tournament, Turkey lost 60-59 to Czechia in the fourth match of Group B.
Young nationals faced the host country in the 4th match of the organization held in Klatovy, Czech Republic.
In the match played at Capkova Sports Hall, Czechia finished the first quarter ahead 23-17. Performing better in the second period, Turkey went ahead 39-36 in the locker room.
Leading the third quarter 51-50, Czechia won the match 60-59.
With this result, the national team suffered its second defeat in the group. Czechia got their second victory.
Turkey will fight with leader Serbia tomorrow in its last match in Group B.
