Qualifying matches will be played in three periods. The first period matches will be held on 7-15 November, the second period matches will be held on 20-28 November 2022, and the third period matches will be held on 5-13 February 2023.

The FIBA ​​2023 Women’s European Championship will be hosted by Israel and Slovenia. Group matches in the tournament will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Koper and Celje, Slovenia. After the group matches, the qualifying round matches will be held in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
