Nuevo chapter in the Pedro Cortés case. The Prosecutor’s Office has already submitted its report to the court and asks for two years in prison for the former president of Valencia for the alleged abuse of a minor belonging to the Valencia school. The Prosecutor attributes to the former president of the Mestalla club and delegate of the selection an alleged crime of sexual abuse against a person over 16 years old and under 18 years old.
The report of the Prosecutor’s Office contains a very harsh account of what happened according to the accusing party: “As a result of the contact that the accused Pedro Cortés García maintained with the minor, and due to the recognition of the accused in the world of soccer, a relationship of trust between the minor and the accused was forged. Last october 1st The judge of First Instance and Instruction of the court number 1 of Paterna (town near Valencia in which the Mestalla club’s Sports City is located), It appreciated indications of the crime of abuse and thus notified the parties. The former president of Valencia was denounced by a squad of the club who accused him of sexual abuse in the parking lot of the Sports City.
It should be remembered that the complaint led Pedro Cortés to resign as delegate of the Spanish National Team, a position he held to date. In it, messages and alleged risque conversations are collected between the former president and the boy.
A recent case
