The subject of the webinar “Steps to Success” organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) was “Turkish basketball refereeing and professional refereeing”.

In the second part, the developments in 5 years regarding the evaluation of referees with the “encouragement of female referees” and “ERIC” program jointly planned with FIBA ​​in 2016 were shared with participants.
