Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady said he contracted Covid-19 shortly after celebrating his team’s Super Bowl in February.
Brady’s parents also faced Covid-19 last year.
Although Brady’s team is 100 percent vaccinated, he believes this season could be even more challenging than last.
“I actually think it will matter more this year than last year,” Brady said.
“Just because of what we are doing now, because of how the stadium will look and what the journey will look like, and also because of the people in the building and the fans.
“It’s not like last year, although we are going through tests like last year. I definitely think the guys are going to be out of the game at different times and we just have to deal with it. “
