On the first day of the quarter-finals played in Yalova 90. Yıl Sports Hall, İzmir Metropolitan Belediyespor took the lead in the series by beating Balıkesir Metropolitan Belediyespor 75-37.
Yalova Orthopedics Sports Club lost to Beşiktaş HDI Sigorta 54-96 and fell back 1-0 in the series.
In other matches, 1907 Fenerbahçe defeated Bağcılar Belediyespor 72-37, Galatasaray and Gazişehir Gaziantep 69-52 and went ahead 1-0 in the series.
The play-off matches, in which the teams with two wins will advance to the semi-finals, will continue with the competitions to be held in the same hall tomorrow.
