Giant Fenerbahçe Beko flags were hung on the bridges

The giant flags of Fenerbahçe Beko, who beat Anadolu Efes 3-1 and became the champion in the Basketball Super League play-off final series, were hung on the bridges of July 15 Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet.

The statement made on Fenerbahçe’s official website is as follows:

“Our club, the locomotive of Turkish sports and the biggest sports club in Turkey, adding a new one to its success in men’s basketball, hung giant Fenerbahçe Beko flags on the bridges of July 15 Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet, one of the symbols of Istanbul.

Giant Fenerbahçe flags were hung by our Stat Directorate on the 15 July Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges connecting Asia and Europe with the permission of the General Directorate of Highways of the Republic of Turkey and the Istanbul Police Department.

During the hanging of the flags on the bridges, the personnel of both the General Directorate of Highways and the Bosphorus Bridge Protection Branch of the Istanbul Police Department also helped our club personnel.

Our flags, which were hung on the 15 July Martyrs and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges today, will also be hung on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge on Thursday, 23 June (tomorrow).
