The 54-year-old Serbian trainer, VirtusBologna defeated Milan 4-0 in the final series. In terms of trophy, Djordjevic won the Greek and German Cups, and also won the FIBA Champions League with Virtus Bologna.
At the national team level, he won silver medals with the Serbian National Team at the 2014 World Championships, Rio 2016 Olympic Games and 2017 European Championships.
