In the Basketball FIBA Under-18 Men’s European Challenger Tournament, Turkey defeated Czechia 65-57 in the third match of Group C.
In the Group C struggles played in Konya, the crescent-star team faced the Czech Republic in the third match at Konya Sports and Congress Center. Finishing the first period of the match ahead 17-12, the national team went to the locker room behind 34-28.
The national teams, who were behind 51-46 in the third period of the match, regained the lead in the last quarter and were victorious 65-57 from the field.
While Tan Yıldızoğlu was the top scorer of the match with 17 points in the national team, Ondrej Hustak struggled with 15 points in Czechia.
The Under-18 National Team will face Latvia on Saturday, 7 August in their fourth match in Group C.
