Lhe Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport has agreed propose a very serious sanction of 60,000 euros to Club Atlético de Madrid for promoting and/or supporting the group called Frente Atléticoconsidered by the State Commission against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport as “group whose members have committed actions contrary to Law 19/2007”.

The Anti-Violence Commission reminds Club Atlético de Madrid and all sports clubs that Law 19/2007, of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport includes, in its article 3.2.h, on measures to prevent violent, racist, xenophobic or intolerant acts, that the organizers of competitions and sporting events are obliged “not to provide or facilitate people or groups of followers who have incurred in the behaviors defined in the first and second sections of article 2 of this Law, means of transport, premises, subsidies, free tickets, discounts, advertising or dissemination or any other type of promotion or support of its activities”.

In addition, article 9.4, on the Record Book of Follower Activities, indicates that “Any type of support, coverage, provision of infrastructure or any type of resources to a group or group of fans of a club is prohibited, Regardless of whether or not they have legal personality, whether or not they are formalized as a supporters club or association, if the aforementioned group, its activities and those responsible are not included in the Registry Book and if it has ever committed offenses defined in this Law” .

Sanctions against Osasuna and Celta

Likewise, Antiviolence has declared the following football matches to be high risk: Villarreal-Liverpool, Real Madrid-City and Atlético-Real Madrid.
