Beşiktaş Icrypex Men’s Basketball Team defeated Germany’s EWE Baskets team 83-81 in the second match of the FIBA Champions League Group H.
Finishing the first quarter of the match played at EWE Arena with a 31-25 lead, the home team was ahead 52-42 at the halftime. Starting the second half effectively, the black-and-whites brought the situation to 52-52 with a 10-0 series. Besiktas Icrypex, who finished the third period of the head-to-head match with a 67-65 superiority, won the match 83-81.
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson was the game’s top scorer with 21 points. Rickey Paulding scored 15 points for the home team.
Beşiktaş Icrypex won their first win in the group, while EWE Baskets suffered their first defeat.
