Elazig Special Provincial Administration has added playmaker Angeliki Vintsilaiou from Panathinaikos to its staff.
Elazig Special Provincial Administration, which lifted the transfer ban, recently tied Angeliki Vintsilaiou, who played in the Greek Panathinaikos team, to their colors. Born in 1998 in Greece, the 1.74 m tall athlete serves in the guard position.
Angeliki Vintsilaiou, whose license has been issued, will be able to play against Çankaya University.
