ANDhe Palma City Council has officially granted authorization for the total remodeling of the Mallorca stadium. The ‘new Son Moix’ project will start with the first phase of the works as soon as the last LaLiga match is played, scheduled for May 16.

The club will allocate 20 million euros to the project, thanks to the money obtained from the ‘LaLiga Impulse’ with CVC. The first phase consists of bringing the Tribuna Sol closer to just 8.5 meters from the pitch in works that will begin after the final whistle of the last match played in Son Moix. This first reform is expected to be completed before the start of the 2022/2023 season.

Phase II: Construction of the North end and the stands of the lower ring of the North end (Camí dels Reis)

Phase III: Construction of the stands of the lower ring of the current Grandstand.

Phase IV: Construction of the stands of the lower ring of the South end.
