In the 2022 European Basketball Championship, the matches in Group A, which includes the A National Team, have been completed. In Group A, our A National Team faced the European giant Spain for the group leadership. In the match where 12 Giant Men fought head to head, they carried the match to the last ball, but the national team were defeated 72-69 on the field. Nationals finished second in their group with 3 wins and 2 losses in the tournament. France will play their last 16 matches in Berlin.

Afterwards, Furkan was taken away from the fight by being taken to the trainer’s room by our condyson and dietician.
MAHMUTOĞLU: IF SHENGELIA IS A LADY, HE MUST DO THIS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY
Captain Melih Mahmutoğlu used the following words for Shengelia; “The fact that 3 people went and attacked Furkan shows how young they are. We will meet in the Euroleague as well. If Shengelia is a young man, she should do the same thing not in our country, but in another country if she gets bored. We want to go to the highest point we can go in the championship by winning our next matches,” he said.
REJECT FROM FIBA
FIBA rejected the objection of the A National Men’s Basketball Team that there was a rule error in the match in which they lost to Georgia 88-83. In the statement made by FIBA, it was reported that the objection of TBF to play 22 seconds less was rejected and the fight in the corridors was also investigated.
