ANDl Valencia has communicated this Tuesday a new positive for Covid-19 in the coaching staff of the first team in the tests PCR made between Sunday and Monday. Its about fourth case detected and that he is asymptomatic while keeping quarantine at his home. The alarm went off in Valencia when a few hours before match against Elche the cases were known positives from coach José Bordalás and from central Paraguayan Omar alderete that he was going to start the game. Initially, the assistant coach Patri Moreno had also been positive in an antigen test, but was negative in the subsequent, more reliable PCR test, which is why sat on the bench instead of the coach, although he followed the technician instructions over the phone, as he revealed after the game.
However, the concern was on the rise when Sunday in a new PCR to which he submitted Moreno did test positive, which is why from that moment he was already at home in quarantine. The rest of technical and staff staff underwent new tests PCR, following LaLiga protocols, and the results have yielded this Tuesday a fourth positive case which belongs to coaching staff, according to the club itself.
