Fenerbahçe Beko, one of our representatives, defeated the Russian team UNICS Kazan 80-41 in the 4th week of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. After the match, UNICS Kazan’s head coach Velimir Perasovic made a statement.
Commenting on the match as embarrassing for them, Perasovic said, “Congratulations to Fenerbahçe. I am ashamed of this match because we couldn’t do anything. We were very, very bad especially in offense. It is difficult to catch a rhythm when you try to defend afterward. They defended very well, too. “We were very stagnant, far from being determined. Our biggest problem today was productivity on offense.”
