Manisa Büyüksehir Belediye Spor has recruited US forward Wayne Selden, who has played in the NBA many times.
Competing in the Basketball Super League, Manisa Metropolitan Belediyespor signed a 1-year contract with Wayne Selden. Selden, who started the 2022-2023 season with Italy’s Verona team, will play for the Manisa team after two matches in Italy.

Born on September 30, 1994 in Boston, Wayne Selden spent his college career at the University of Kansas, where he played for three years. Returning to the NBA before the 2021-2022 season, Selden left the New York Knicks after playing in only three games and joined HDI Sigorta Afyon Municipality staff, one of the Basketball Super League teams.
