One of the new teams of the ING Basketball Super League, Yukatel Merkezefendi Municipality has included Emircan Koşut.
Yukatel Merkezefendi Municipality, the new team of ING Basketball Super League, has signed with Emircan Koşut. The 26-year-old, 2.16-meter center played in Anadolu Efes and Yeşilgiresun Belediyespor and served in Darüşşafaka last season. Emircan averaged 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds in Darüşşafaka. Yukatel Merkezefendi Municipality Denizli Basket General Manager Evren Yenice said that they added strength to their power with the transfer of Emircan Koşut.
Evren Yenice said, “Our board of directors is working great. We made an important move with the transfer of Emircan. We are working hard to reach our goal this season. Denizli basketball fans can rest in peace.” Merkezefendi had previously recruited US Jeremy Hollowell as the first foreigner, as well as Thomas Akyazılı from Bahçeşehir College and Yiğitcan Turna from Petkimspor.
