In the league, the 2021-2022 season will start with the Balıkesir Metropolitan Belediyespor-Antalya Güneşi match to be played on Friday, October 1st. Having completed the 2021-2022 season in the first place in the TBL, played with the participation of 16 teams, the team will have the right to be promoted to the ING Basketball Super League.
